Handcrafted at the Elvstrøm Sails production facility, the Soft Shackles offers unmatched softness and durability for all your sailing needs.

Soft Shackles are great for securely connecting components such as lines, sails, blocks and other equipment onboard. This gives you a number of advantages over metal shackles, as they generally are light and strong, and since they are soft, they are also less likely to cause damage and chafe - or injury, should it hit someone by accident.

The shackles are available in two sizes:

Small Soft Shackle Built with a 4 mm HMPE core and 4 cm diameter, this small Soft shackle offers a breaking load capacity of 1 ton, making it perfect for lighter tasks.

Medium Soft Shackle Designed with a 5 mm HMPE core and 4 cm diameter, the medium Soft Shackle provides a breaking load capacity of 2 tons, ideal for more demanding applications.
